THE BEVERLY TERRACE
The Beverly Terrace offers a stylish and inviting outdoor setting perfect for intimate gatherings and lively celebrations. Accommodating up to 75 guests, this versatile space features direct access to a private bar and a cozy fire-pit, creating the ideal ambiance for evening events or relaxed receptions. For larger groups or enhanced entertainment, Beverly Terrace can be seamlessly combined with our adjacent event lawn, The Green, where guests can enjoy lawn games and additional seating. Whether you're planning a cocktail-style mixer or a casual corporate event, Beverly Terrace delivers charm, flexibility, and a distinctly California vibe.
THE YORKSHIRE TERRACE
Tucked away for added privacy, the Yorkshire Terrace is an intimate outdoor space ideal for smaller gatherings and elegant sit-down dinners. With seating for up to 25 guests, this charming terrace features plush salmon-colored banquettes that offer both comfort and style, creating a warm and welcoming environment for your guests. For a more dynamic experience, Yorkshire Terrace can be combined with the nearby fire-pit area and The Green, allowing for expanded capacity and optional lawn games. The Green + PERGOLA
Our outdoor event space features a 34-foot pergola, a turf lawn, and multi-level concrete bench seating, creating a unique open-air setting for gatherings of all sizes. Multiple power outlets are available throughout the space for hot plates, lighting, and audio-visual needs.
The Green can accommodate up to 168 guests, while the Pergola can seat up to 40 guests. When combined, the spaces can comfortably accommodate up to 208 guests.
